"Yah'shua (Jesus) told His talmidim (disciples)...that they should always pray and not give up" (Luke 18:1, NIV).

The news that California and indeed the American southwest including Arizona and New Mexico faced a 20-50% chance of a long 35 year-long megadrought that would make the 1930's Dust Bown look meagre in comparison jogged my memory of a prophetic revelation that Yahweh gave me nearly 2˝ years ago. California is already sitting in what is known by meterorologists as a 'D4 Exceptional Drought Zone'. Water levels at Lake Mead on the Arizona-Nevada border have already dropped to record lows; the water level of the Hoover Dam had been steadily dropping for the last 14 years during which is has lowered by 130 feet, indicating steady drought conditions.

The visions that I saw in 2012 did not specify locations to be concerned about but it did warn people to start storing water. Therefore I want to remind everyone to pay particular attention to store water as part of your prepping, even if you live in an area where water is abundant. You don't have to be in a drought area to have a water crisis - radioactive contamination, a breakdown in the water supply grid, war and numerous other factors can prevent easy access to a water supply. Indeed, a lack of water can make us far more vulnerable than a lack of food because we can't survive without it for more than 2-3 days. Though the current warnings point to the southwest USA, with alarnming forecasts about the Amazon basin, southern Africa and Australia, anywhere is potentially vulnerable. So please take urgent steps to have a supply drinking water as well as grey water for the flushing of toilets.

My message today is in particular to California, a state that has been on my mind for many years, along with the rest of America. Back in 1996 Yahweh said:

"I shall sorely punish the United States of America in days to come and cause her to rapidly decline as a world power; therefore I shall send financial storms unto that land also" (Olive Branch 419:7).

No one doubts the reality of that any more though the majority is still in denial that a total financial collapse is imminent that will make the Wall Street Crash of 1929 seem petty by comparison. And it will not just affect America, but the whole world.

Decades ago, right at the beginning of my ministry, Yahweh showed me a vision of the earth in which the west coast of North America was visible. What struck me was that the geography had changed and in place of the distinctive and familiar lower California peninsular there was a long, thin island that stretched for about a thousand miles. The lowland areas of the state were entirely submerged, both the coastal areas as well as the San Jaoquin Valley so that the Gulf of California, presently now in Mexico only, extended as far north as Sacramento and beyond. All that was left of present-day California was the high ground (see map at beginning of article).

This vision has troubled me for years along with several others, including one seen in 1989 of hundreds of golden spheres in close formation (UFOs) over the Pacific (OB 153) that portended something bad over both the Pacific and Gulf of Mexico. Since then we have had the BP oil disaster. Together with the tsunami and nuclear explosion at Fukushima we have witnessed the near destruction of marine life in the Pacific Ocean and Gulf of Mexico.

California has undoubtedly been one of the major laboratories of sin both for the United States and for the whole West. Most of the revolts against biblical standards of godliness have begun there and spread eastwards.

Originally the name Cali Fornia was given in about 1650 to a mythical island (which may well soon become a reality) populated only by beautiful Amazon warriors using gold tools and weapons in the popular early 16th-century romance novel Las Sergas de Esplandián (The Adventures of Esplandián) by Spanish author Garci Rodríguez de Montalvo (see map below). When the Spanish first discovered what is now known as Baja California, which they thought was an island, they started applying this name to their maps. Since then, that 'island of the Amazons' has come to be called California.

Many have speculated as to how Garci Rodríguez de Montalvo decided to use the word California and it has been suggested that he borrowed it from the word calif, meaning an Islamic ruler, making California the 'land of the Caliph' or Caliphia from the Arabic word khalifa which means 'steward' or 'leader'. Other theories have been proposed, none of which can really be proved. For whatever reason Garci Rodríguez de Montalvo chose the name, he took his secret with him to the grave.

There is, however, a spiritual meaning to the name 'California' which I was shown in a revelation many years which for some reason never found its way into the Olive Branch, a collection of some of the revelations of this ministry. It occurred at the height of the period in which we were doing a great deal of deliverance ministry. I don't recall the context exactly, as this was a very busy and intense time, but I remember clearly Yahweh showing me that California was a compound of two words, KALI and FORNEUS, that is to say, Kali-forneus.

Those familiar with Hinduism will know that Kali is that religion's chief mother goddess associated with empowerment of shakti in Hindu Tantra and is the fierce aspect of the goddess Durga (Parvati). The name Kali comes from kala, which means 'black', 'time', 'death' and 'lord of death'. Kali is the violent female consort of Shiva, the Destroyer. Her name comes from the root kad meaning 'suffer', 'grieve', 'hurt', 'confound' or 'confuse'. Little wonder that California came to be the seeding ground of the oriental religions of Hinduism and Buddhism revamped in Western garb as the New Age Movement in its multitudinous forms. Out of California has come various destructive perversions of this devouring mother goddess, in actual fact a demoness, that have indeed caused great confusion and spiritual devastation. She is the author of that militant form of feminism that has caused untold destruction in the family and confusion as to identity. California today remains the trend-setter in that regard, and indeed in every newfangled and promiscuous social idea whose spirit is demonic and anti-Messiah.

But Kali is only one half of 'California'. The other half is a demon I have encountered many, many times in deliverance ministry called FORNEUS, the demon which epitomises fornication and male equivalent of Jezebel, a word that derives from the Latin fornix meaning an 'arch' which was a euphemism for a 'brothel' because of the design of their architecture. Though the word 'fornicate' has come to be inaccurately interchanged with the word 'adultery' in the English language over the centuries, in its original sense it means 'voluntary sex between an unmarried man and an unmarried woman' or pre-marital sex. Not that that really matters for as far as California is concerned, it has become the centre of both. Our English word 'fornicate' is dervived from the Greek korinth. In the New Testament, the city of Corinth was known as the place where unbridled promiscuity and intimate immorality abounded like no where else. The pagan Corinthians worshipped the goddess of erotic love (eros), Aphrodite, known also in latin as Venus. So in its broadest sense 'fornication' has come to mean 'sexually promiscuous behaviour'.

Of the ten most promiscuous cities in the USA, five of them are in California: Newport Beach, Hollywood, Santa Monica, Oakland and San Francisco. In all fairness to the godly who live in that state, though, it has to be said that of the ten least promiscuous cities in the USA, seven are in California: Cerritos, Walnut, Danville, Arcadia, La Jolla, Cupertino and Stanford [1]. Unfortunately when judgment comes to a city, or a region, or a state, or a country - and that is the point at which metaphorically the cup of iniquity is said to be full and overflowing, the people having refused to make teshuvah or repent - then Yahweh is forced by His own Torah or Law to pass judgment even if there are some righteous still there, though not untypically He will warn the rightheous to leave ahead of any destruction, as He did Job and remnant of his family.

California is well-known as a bellwether for anti-Christian bias in the United States. If you're looking for an anti-Christian state, California is the place. Though it is by no means alone in that category, it is by far one of the worst. Unlike New York and other cities of iniquity whose destruction by fire I have been shown in vision, it would appear that the means of California's destruction is to be connected to water, whether by drought or by flooding. And though Yahweh promised He would never flood the entire earth again, He did not promise that local flooding would not be a part of His instrument of punishment and cleansing. When the ante-Diluvian world was punished by a global flood, it was chiefly for its violence and sexual immorality. As such, then, California becomes a replica on a smaller scale of that global sinning all that long time ago. And she will not be alone for I have seen in vision many places around the world destroyed by flooding and by drout, even in my own homeland of Great Britain.

This message, though for everyone, is mostly aimed at Californians - to believers, to be prepared; and to unbelievers, to repent. You need to not only store sufficient quanities of water to last you a long time (or have the means of collecting it) but you need to find out from Yahweh where you are supposed to be, whether in the state or out of it. For drought or flooding will not be California's only problem, but earthquakes along the San Andreas fault, terrorism from across the Mexican border, civil war and invasion, lawlessness and chaos. Unless you have a well-supplied and -protected mountain retreat, this is not a state you will want to be in. As a general rule of thumb (though by no means an infallible one), you probably don't want to find yourself in coastal cities or in the plains. When the crash comes you certainly don't want to be in any city for not only will there be no water but no food, no electricity and no law-and-order except the military and a militartised police force imposing martial law with little regard for civilian well-being.

You have been warned, time is short, repent or perish (Lk.13:3), and do not delay!
