A Church/Assembly which does not possess a spiritual endowment or anointing through which the power of Yahweh can be manifested cannot be said to be either an apostolic or a New Testament Church. No matter how perfect its theology may be or how efficient its organisation is, it is of no practical use when it comes to the fullness of the Gospel until it has this anointing.
