Education is a high priority in the New Covenant Church of God (B'rit Chadashah Assembly of Yahweh) and accordingly there are extensive biblical courses for all its members. "The excellence of knowledge is that wisdom gives life to those who have it" (Eccl.7:12, NKJV), said King Solomon. By having a sound knowledge of Torah, New Covenant Christians can better ensure that they remain on the narrow way that leads to eternal life.

The education of the many assemblies around the world is the responsibility of the Chavurat Bekorot or Holy Order under the leadership of the Presiding Patriarchate and takes place privately at home in families, in assembly meetings on the Sabbath, and in cell meetings during the week.

There are 7 educational divisions in NCCG/BCAY that correspond to different areas of priesthood stewardship, age, and spiritual maturity. Each of these are in turn subdivided as local conditions warrant. These are collectively known as the Schools of the Prophets.
