Brethren and sisters, I hope you are ready and on full spiritual alert. The news is a veritable storm of political conspiracy, coups, counter-coups, exposure and gathering armies as we approach the American Presidential Election on which I spoke last Rosh Chodesh. I know many of you are trying to sift through it all to try and make sense of it - speculation is rife and the wannabee 'prophets' and 'Bible decoders' are having a field day - but this is not where you need to be looking. So long as you have made all your physical preparations and either are where you are supposed to be geographically or are ready to move out to that place at the drop of a hat, you need to let the outer take care of itself and focus on the inside.

There have been lots of changes in the invisible since Halloween/Samhain. I was watching them early this morning. One incident I feel led to share with you because I am concerned that those who have not purified themselves accorind to the mitzvah (commandment) aren't going to be able to make sense of what's going on inside and round about them:

"Submit yourselves, then, to Elohim (God). Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Come near to Elohim (God) and He will come near to you. Wash your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts..." (James 4:7-8, NIV).

I saw three small creatures, no more than about 4-5 inches in length. They apperared to have folded wings but they were not birds. They were completely transparent and beyond a doubt youngsters. I did not know what they were at first because I had never seen anything like them. This was not merely a vision, mind you, for I was not only observing but also a part of the scene - I was 'there' in my own spirit. I looked at the creatures and they at me. I called them over but they did not at first respond. Then I bent down and extended my right hand out to them and invited them to climb up into it. They were at first very hesitant indeed but at length cautiously crawled up onto my palm. They were so light I could feel next to no weight. As I drew my arm in close to me so that I could get a closer look at them, they began to instantly disintegrate into a kind of mush. This was not physical. Then the vision closed.

You need to be very, very careful in trying to make sense of your dreams and any 'seeing' you may do in the invisible (if any of you are seers) because a new level of discernment is being now required. As I said, things have changed. New 'phenomena', if I can now call them that, have been introduced into the 'Second Heaven' - the astral or psychic realm - which is contiguous with the time and space where we live here. There is an invasion on, not of human armies or even of 'little green men' from outer space (which is all bunkum) but of the invisible realm thanks to the escallating wickedness of man. But in parallel, Yahweh's servants are being equipped to deal with it too.

What were these creatures that I saw in vision? They were, on one level, thoughts - not my own but the Enemy's. How do I know they were of the Enemy? Because these little creatures were like miniature dragons. Once they climbed onto my right hand - which can symbolise power and strength (Ps.60:5; Is.28:2) - they came under judgment. Initially extended by myself as an act of favour and kindness (as I did not know what they were), once they came in proximity to my heart they were exposed to the One who dwells there and came under judgment, and disintegrated.

Every thought and every inclination of the heart must be tested until their identity is established, which is to say, until discernment has been acquired. As "the instrument of instruments", as Gallen called it, the hand is the symbol of action (Ps.9:16; Job 9:30; Is.1:15; 1 Tim.2:8). And act we most certainly must.

Thoughts which are not our own are being implanted into our minds all the time. I bet you didn't know they were living things - not 'animals' per se but energy endued with personality and intent. Yahweh said that "My thoughts are not your thoughts" (Isa.55:8, NIV), not merely in the sense of being 'sets of information' but also - and primarily - in the sense that they possess a different chayim or life-force, and therefore set of characteristics, to His, even if ours are supposed to resemble His by virtue of the indwelling Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit).

When our "consciences [are] bearing witness, and [our] thoughts now accusing, now even defending" (Rom.2:15, NIV), what we are dealing with is not only two different sets of information but even more importantly two different chayim or life-forces with different personalities or characters. And though they are not independent living entities or creatures in themselves, they are linked to, and extensions of, living entities. They are not simply bits of linguistic data. This is also the case with feelings or emotions. Thoughts and feelings are made up of energy - of life and anti-life, depending on their source. When fed or nourished by the human will which is also an energy, they grow and mature. And these thoughts can only be decoded and recognised or identified by the ruach or spirit being from which they issue:

"For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of Elohim (God) except the Ruach Elohim (Spirit of God" (1 Cor.2:11, NIV).

Godly thoughts and emotions must be nourished but the ungodly ones must be starved and destroyed. That's what happened when those creatures disintegrated in my hand. Therefore, "fix your thoughts on ('consider') Yah'shua (Jesus), the apostle and cohen gadol (high priest) whom we confess" (Heb.3:1, NIV).

This is how conscience works, "their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them" (Rom.2:15, NIV). Who is the accuser? Satan (Rev.12:10). Accusing thoughts are Satan's thoughts, because they are impregnated with his anti-life, with his energy and personality. Who is the defender?

"When they cry out to Yahweh ... He will send them a saviour (deliverer) and defender, and He will rescue them" (Isa.19:20, NIV).

The thoughts and emotions you succumb to are therefore either of the Defender (Yah'shua/Jesus) or the Adversary (Satan) and it is up to you to whom you listen. If the accusation is just - because we are in violation of a mitzvah (commandment), for example - then only by making teshuvah (repenting) may we lay claim to a defender and to an "advocate ... on high" (Job 16:19, NIV). Then a switching of energies takes place, the hellish with the heavenly, anti-life with chayim (life).

Be on the alert, test everything, mature in discernment for you must increasingly possess it. Amen.
