The Burning Table II
The Lampstands Have Been Raised!

See The Burning Table I
Having had a vision of a burning table six months ago I was not expecting to have another one but early yesterday morning I saw our dining table once again ablaze with fire across its entire surface to the very edges. The fire was fierce but, like the previous vision, the table was not being consumed.
Fire that burns or consumes always represents destruction (Job 31:12), anger (such as a temper out of control - Jas.3:5-6), passion, desire or judgment (2 Pet.3:7); but fire which does not consume invariably depicts illumination, transformation, enlightenment, cleansing, purification or a special calling from Yahweh, as when He spoke to Moses out of the burning bush (Mk.12:26; Lk.20:37). When it is contained in one area is is usually a metaphor of ones own internal fire and inner transformation. This fire was clearly under complete control and not spreading.
The moment this vision closed I had a scripture brought to my mind:
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of Yahweh forever" (Ps.23:4-6, NKJV).
We have been preparing for an imminent battle and I have little doubt that this vision is conneted with it. This battle is not, of course, just about my own family but about the whole of this ministry and all of those who have been called to this work. This dining room table of ours has been the subject of numerous other visions from Yahweh in the past, including the work of gathering. On one occasion, a bright beam of light descended upon it from heaven and then the beam spread from the table in the four directions of the compass, depicting the initiation, endowment and anointing of this ministry for its world mission beginning here in Scandinavia, which begins at the Covenant Table of Fellowship.
There was a second vision that followed this blazing table. On either side of the double flower bed at the front of our house (which even now is ablaze with colour) were two large old-fashioned lamposts that were alight too. What does this symbolise? In the words of G.K.Chesterton, a lamppost "lifts a flame and guards it well"! The Scriptural meaning is plain:
"You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matt.5:14-16, NKJV).
These are not, however, to be internal lamps but outside, between a bed of fruitfulness and beauty, sending out the beacon of the gospel for all to see from afar. Notice that there were two lamps, that call to mind the Tanakh prophecy of the lampstand and the two olive trees (Zech.4). Recently half the forest surrounding our home was cut down, exposing us to a 50% view all around which we believe was a prophetic sign that ties into the vision of the lampposts. When the other half comes down, as is scheduled. then I believe it may indicate the full exposure of this work to the world that we have been preparing for since 1984 when Yahweh first issued the call 27 years ago in this very month.
There are many out there who have followed this ministry over the years, many have come and gone - sometimes more than once - because they are not sure or because they have heard some of the lies and gossip that have been maliciously spread about us or they are scared by the level of commitment required. Many have sought to crush it and destroy its leaders. You can destroy a work of man but not a word of Yahweh.
When the power of Elohim (God) is manifest the debating will be over. Many have been convinced by the Ruach haQodesh (Holy Spirit) that what we preach is the emet (truth) though many are also frightened because we do not conceal the meat but present it along with the milk. We are looking for the bold, courageous and humble like Abigail who love the right.
The covenant-table is ablaze and set for those called to dine at it. Those who come and honour their covenants will be blessed and purified by the fire; those who violate them will be consumed, by the same terms laid down by Yahweh at Sinai. It really depends whether you want it all and want to go the whole way or not, or whether you are content with just crumbs.
Once again we are issuing the call to those whom Yahweh has led, and is leading, to this work, to gather. If you are not called here, then go to the place you have been ordained and wait on Yahweh there. If you have been told to stay put, then stay put, until He has given you a clear word. And may the Master of the New Covenant bless and keep you!
