Recommended Responses if You're Certain You Have Covid-19
Hopefully you can stop any further infection by carefully following the 10-point plan outlined in Part 2, remembering that these symptoms don't necessarily indicate Covid-19 ... but it is best to treat yourself as though it were, to play it safe. If the problem is Covid-19, the virus lingers in the throat for 3-4 days before the real trouble starts, so this is the time when you must intervene. You will know within 3-4 days of contracting the symptoms whether you have Covid-19 or not.
Contrary to what some 'conspiracy theorists' are claiming, Covid-19 is very real and dangerous. The issue of the virus' origin, or the political machinations behind its 'containment' (masks, lockdown, 'vaccination'), we will consider at the end but not here. Right now we just want to make sure you're safe
Once the virus gets into the lungs and you start getting a dry cough, then you either need to choose hospitalisation (with all its attendant risks - you will be put on a ventillator) or follow a stricter protocol than the one above. There is no one solution. What follows is a compilation of methodologies that have been used at home to successfully defeat the virus. Some may not be needed but better safe than sorry if you're in any doubt:
- 1. Drink lots of warm fluids regularly - don’t let your mouth or throat go dry. Slice a lemon into three parts, pour boiling water on it, and then drink the alkaline solution when it has cooled a little, is one recommended remedy, as this both mositurises, warms and provides an alkaline environment which negatively impacts virus (as in treating cancer). The carboxylic acid in lemon juice also regulates high blood pressure, protects narrow arteries, regulates blood circulation and reduces blood clotting;
Examples of common carboxylic acids in nature
- 2. Gargle with salt, vinegar, lemon solution, or other safe, medically-approved sterilising agent;
- 3. The virus adheres to clothes and hair and is killed by detergent and soap. If you have been outside, take a bath or shower IMMEDIATELY upon entering your home - do not sit down or touch anything. Wash your clothes daily or hang them out in direct sunlight.
- 4. Wash all metallic surfaces like knobs (on washing machines, dish washers, cookers, radios, etc.), door handles (especially the outside front and back doors), shower nozzles, handrails, taps/faucets, kitchen sinks, cutlery, etc. as the virus may be viable on them for up to 9 days (though this is disputed). Clean and wipe down regularly with commercial sterilising agents, colloidal silver, strong alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, bleach, Dettol, etc.. Regularly sterilise toothbrushes in one of these. Though we now know the chances of catching the virus on surfaces is lower than at first thought, again, better safe than sorry;
- 5. Don't smoke, it greatly increases your chances of the virus taking hold in your lungs;
- 6. Wash your hands thoroughly, with soap that foams, every 20 minutes for 20 seconds (sing “Happy Birthday” twice if you’re not sure how long that is) if you contract the disease. Do this regularly throughout the day even if you haven’t been infected to prevent its spread in case you are asymptomatically infected;
- 7. Eat fruits and vegetables - Vitamin C and Zinc (as Zinc sulphate) are important, but if you can get Selenium (an anti-oxidant), take that too (but don’t overdose as some vitamins, like Vitamin D and minerals like Selenium can be toxic in large amounts). Use all the immune-strengthening foodstuffs and supplements you can. Take cod-liver oil daily if you can. Colloidal Silver also comes highly recommended but don't overdose;
- 8. Animals don’t spread the virus* so your dogs and cats are no danger. However, don’t “kiss” them and risk catching other bugs that may weaken your immune system. Eat clean, healthy (i.e. kosher) foods, not bats, pork, lobster, etc... (*NOTE: scientists in Hong Kong have claimed that two dogs there tested positive for the virus so pets may be carriers);
- 9. Avoid getting the common 'flu as this weakens your immune system - don't eat and drink cold things (NO ice cream, iced drinks, etc.). HEAT is the key word. The virus doesn’t like it;
- 10. If you get a sore throat, as I said, you have 2-4 days in which to respond before it spreads to the lungs and starts blocking your airways, leading potentially to death and definitely requiring specialised medical attention. The virus lingers in the throat for 3-4 days before the real trouble starts (a sore throat is symptom #1). THIS IS THE TIME YOU MUST MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO INTERVENE! You can stop its progress there and then by following the instructions in #1-9 above but don’t get ‘brave’ or ‘macho’ and take unnecessary short-cuts. It could cost you your life or someone else’s whom you might contaminate;
- 11. PRAY, DO NOT PANIC, TRUST IN ELOHIM (GOD) but DON'T neglect common sense precautions. Do not assemble in a church, you run a high risk of contamination. Don’t play the foolish ‘Corona Martyr’ game. Quarantine (not never-ending 'Lockdown') is actually a biblical principle until the threat has past: "Go home, My people, and lock your doors! Hide yourselves for a little while until Yahweh’s anger has passed" (Isaiah 26:20). Get ministry online or by ‘phone - prayer is effective everywhere. Ministers who think they are being ‘spiritual’ or ‘faithful’ by ignoring the authentic scientific evidence are irresponsible and foolish. Fathers/husbands are the de jure heads of households and should act as its ministers/priests. The Bible has clear hygiene rules including (on the Day of Passover) the unambiguous instruction to stay at home and trust in the Blood of the Lamb (Yah’shua/Jesus) while the plague passed by. You can “gather” for worship on line and apply the promise "where two or three are gathered in My Name" that way. The principle remains. Stay at home! Watch out for the lawless 'prophets' who are falsely applying Psalm 91 and saying that God will protect all believers irrespective of whether they take precautions or not. Many have suffered and died because of such foolishness. Yes, exercise faith, but that faith must be pro-active and based on common sense too. You must also be obedient. See the Healing website;
12. The Spanish ‘Flu of 1918, which took millions of lives, has taught us a number of important things. Sunlight and fresh air aid recovery provided you stay warm. Patients were taken outside in good weather. Though there is no scientific explanation for this, some doctors claimed that cut onions lying in rooms in buildings (usually homes) seemed to prevent its occupants contracting the disease. The theory was advanced that the exposed onions somehow ‘attracted’, absorbed and killed bacteria and viruses. There is no scientific evidence for this but it won’t do you any harm if you do it so long as your common sense doesn’t desert you and you don't forget to carry on doing #1-9 above. If it works, well, why not? even if it does appear borderline science fiction. Just don’t eat the onion after 24 hours’ exposure as it is poisonous (plus you might infect yourself)!
13. Consider carefully all the claims being made about the harmful effects of radiation on the immune system (typically resulting in cancers). I cannot comment authoritatively on this as I do not know enough about the subject but if you are concerned about microwave radiation (for example), turn off your WiFi and stay online viâ cable. 5G might make things worse, particularly in cities, so get out of the city (which I have been advising people to do for many years anyway, though for other reasons). So remove yourself wherever possible away from unnecessary exposure to radiation.
The first thing you must therefore do upon getting definite Covid symptoms is go into strict quarantine.
