Recommended First Responses to Suspected Covid-19 Infection
When you begin to experience symptoms of Covid-19, here’s what you can do (these are suggestions based on a large sample of expert medical advice and the experience of those who have caught the virus and recovered from it):
- 1. Start on a healthy keto diet (cut out sugars which stress the immune system) and intermittent fasting - this will help support a healthy immune system;
- 2. Get plenty of vitamin D3 (up to 30,000 IUs/day) but don't overdose;
- 3. Take zinc [sulphate/sulfate] tablets (225 mg/day) but don't overdose;
- 4. Take selenium (55µg/day) tablets but don't overdose - usually comes with vitamin E to prevent oxidative stress;
- 5. Get plenty of vitamin C (500 mg/day) - oil-based solutions make for better absorption - if you buy dry water-soluble tablets, you may need to take more because of decreased absorption efficiency;
- 6. Lower your stress levels (find a quiet, calm location to rest in);
- 7. Increase your sleep (take regular naps);
- 8. Drink plenty of water (keep hydrated) - a slightly humid room also helps, avoid dry air;
- 9. Heat your body (frequent hot showers, warm blankets, heating pads, hot-water bottle, etc.); and
- 10. Sit in the sun if you can - sunlight catalyses natural bodily Vitamin D3 synthesis
Chew a raw (uncooked) a single clove of garlic (not a whole garlic!) a day after a meal and swallow followed by copious amounts of water. Garlic contains allicin, the sulphur-containing compound responsible for many of garlic's beneficial health effects. Garlic supports the immune system, reduces blood clotting, quells inflammation, and provides a host of powerful antidioxants. Garlic is cheap and readily available. Keep taking a clove a day until the symptoms subside.
A clove can be taken chopped into small pieces and then swallowed but the effect will be better if thoroughly chewed, however pungent the taste! Not everybody can manage this but if you can, you should. It might save your life.
I personally know of pastor who took this advice and caught the virus early and was cured within a week.
Start to incorporate lots of anti-virus foods into your diet and keep it going, i.e. change your eating lifestyle. Maintaining a healthy immune system is a key to ongoing good health and is good, natural preventitive medicine.
