Cells and Houses for the
Pre-Tribulation and Tribulation Periods
The organisation of the New Covenant Church of God in the period just before the Great Tribulation and within it. The structure of the Church is flexible as this revelation shows, and may be changed by the Lord to meet the needs of the age [Cranleigh, Surrey, England].
A. The Tribulation Order
1. It is My will that the New Covenant Church of God be organised into cells in preparation for the times of persecution ahead and for the more intimate binding of the people together in holy love and fellowship.
The Deacon's Cell
2. A Deacon's Cell shall consist of a fully ordained Deacon who shall have the watchcare over, and responsibility for, and the responsibility to train, two Sub-Deacons.
3. Each Sub-Deacon shall have the watchcare over, and responsibility for, a fully baptised and chrismed {confirmed} member;
4. And each member shall have the watchcare over, and responsibility for, one baptised member and one catechumen.
The Deaconess' Cell
5. A Deaconesses' Cell shall be structured in the same fashion save its members shall be females.
The Deacon's House
6. The Deacon's House shall consist of one Deacon's Cell and up to four Deaconesses' Cells, to be presided over by the Deacon with the four Deaconesses as his councellors, and shall consist of no more than fourty-five adults and their children.
The Elder's House
7. An Elder's House shall consist of up to seven Deacon's Houses which shall be presided over by one Elder and up to seven Eldresses.
Preparation for the Days of Persecution
8. Belovèd, this is the pattern ye shall use in the days of persecution when a godly man will be as rare as a bar of gold on a sandt beach, but when godly women will be many.
9. And in those days of tribulation ye will have no Local or Central {Mother/Metropolitan} Colonies, for ye shall not be organised visibly save in the Firstborn Colonies; and behold, these shall be hidden from the world.
10. In those days of persecution, belovèd, every Elder will be a Pastor, and every Deacon a Pastoral Assistant, for there will be no distinction in offices;
11. Only in peace, when I return, will ye have need of these offices again.
12. In the days of tribulation ye will meet in secret;
13. And ye shall be united in an indissoluble bond of love which neither fire nor sword will be able to break asunder.
14. And, behold, I will lead you by revelation unto the [twelve] Firstborn Colonies of Israel, and ye will marvel at the provision of the Lord your God.
15. Though the days be evil, faint not;
16. Ask, and the way will be opened unto you, until ye are gathered into the safety of Zion's battlements, unless I will that ye be called home. Even so. Amen.
B. The Pre-Tribulation Order
17. And now I speak unto your own day, and the needs of My infant Church. Therefore hearken.
Deacon's and Deaconess' Cells
18. Let the saints be organised into simple Deacon's and Deaconess's Cells, even as I have already spoken, with up to nine souls be Cell.
19. Two Deacon's Houses shall be presided over by an Elder from the Local Colony and become an Elder's House consisting of up to nineteen souls;
20. And two Deaconess's Cells shall be presided over by an Eldress and become an Eldress's House, likewise consisting of up to nineteen souls.
The Pastoral House
21. One Elder's House and one Eldress's House shall be united to form a Pastoral House consisting of up to thirty-eight souls under the headship of the Elder, who shall in turn be governed by the Pastorate of the Local Colony.
22. A Local Colony shall consist of up to six Pastoral Houses who shall congregate together as one fellowship [under the Pastorate] each Sabbath for worship, praise and instruction wherever this is possible.
Meetings
23. Let the men and women meet separately and together as often as possible as cells and houses during the week for prayer, study, praise and fellowship, as shall be expedient and desirable for the edification of the saints until ye have become one Family in Christ, united by the eternal bonds of love that perish not.
The New Covenant Local Order of Prayer
24. Quickly establish horizontal prayer partnerships - the Deacons in an Elder's House, the Sub-Deacons in a Deacon's Cell, the full members in a Deacon's Cell, the Catechumens in a Deacon's Cell, and the Elder and Eldresses in a pastoral House;
25. And vertical prayer partnerships - a full member with a baptised member, a Sub-Deacon with a full member, and a Deacon with a Sub-Deacon, until ye are netweorked together, and your Cells and Houses and Local Colonies are satureted with prayer, saith the Lord.
26. And do this by mutual covenant as partners, and as Cells, and as Houses, and as Local Colonies;
27. And behold, as ye pray for one another in secret and together, sio I shall set the Church ablaze with the Ruach haQodesh, even the Holy Spirit.
28. By this means ye shall establish deep and abidning [spiritual] relationships in Me that are more powerful than the cords of death.
29. Therefore neglect not the house of prayer, that the enemy gain not entrance in.
The Organisation of Local Priesthood Councils
30. It is expedient and necessary that in addition to Cells and Houses that the Local Colony be organised into Councils for the work of the ministry:
31. The Pastorate, consisting of his two councellors, and the Pastress and her two councellors;
32. The Elder's Council, consisting of all the Elders and Eldresses in a Local Colony;
33. And the Deacon's Council, consisting of all the Deacons and Deaconesses in a Local Colony, according to the pattern which hath already been revealed by the Patriarchate.
34. And let there be a Local Colonial Priesthood Council that officers with overlapping ministries in the Enochian and Zadokian Orders may labour together - the Teacher-Elders and the Teacher-Deacons, the Administrators and the Sub-Administrators, the Pastorate and the Pastoral Assistants;
35. And let the Eldresses confer alone, and the Deaconesses alone, as is expedient, to address the needs of the sisters in Zion.
The Wise Use of Organisational Structures
36. Use the structures that I have revealed wisely, allowing flexibility for the full operation of the Spirit, remembering that structures were made for the saints, and not the saints for the structures.
37. Thou shalt not overburden new or small congregations with excessive organisational structures, but neither shall ye dismiss them altogether for such is not born of wisdom, saith the Lord.
38. Remember, remember the primary call is to witness to unbelievers and to build up the converted in the faith that they too may become effective Spirit-filled witnesses.
Build up the Family
39. Build up the family, for the family is the heart of My Church, which is a Family of families.
40. Place no unnecessry burdens on the family, dividing husbands from wives, or parents from children - therefore build up Cells and Houses, for these are the heart of the spiritual Family, even the Local Colony, where families may come together and be one.
41. Let there also be adequate time for [biological] families alone, that the Church heart may be strong and united by pure principles.
Help for Singles
42. And let not the singles be [left] alone in the Local Colonies, saith the Lord, but be warmly embraced by adoptive [spiritual] families in the Church if their parents are not of the faith, or if their parents are far away in other Local Colonies.
The Guiding Family Principle
43. Nevertheless, if their [biological] families are near and are not believers, or are of different parts of the Body of Christ, they [the families] should nmot be neglected either.
44. Neglect not thy family in any wise, whether in prayer or in fellowship or in service.
45. I am the Lord of the family and of the Church, the one being a type of the other.
46. All Gospel is family -- where there is no family, there is no Church, neither in heaven nor upon the earth.
47. Build family relationships, and build them strong, and build them in Christ, and Zion will flourish and be glad. Amen.
