I had an intense night of vision after vision of the USA that are hard to describe but the overall picture was that post-Obama America had become even more of a police state than it had been under his own eight years of administration. I was aware that the prison population, already high at slightly less than 2½ million (around 1½ per cent of the whole population) - and that figure does not include the approximately 7½ million on probation - but in the vision I understood that the prison population had swollen by a further 2-3 million, doubling the present figure. I was taken inside a prison where conditions had become so bad that large numbers of people were dying, from what cause I cannot tell. Interestingly, the physical conditions looked good - the prison was modern, clean and new - so I can only assume that the casualties were caused by something else. Whether what I saw were regular jails, prisons or FEMA camps, I again cannot tell. I remember seeing one body lying dead on a table with its arm dangling down.

One of the more interesting visions I saw was of some ultra-modern, high-tech helicopter, unlike anything I had ever seen before. Aside from having sharp angles and being black in colour, there were two massive pale-coloured flat rings around, and inclined at about 45° to, the fuselage. What these rings were for I do not know and what was strange about them was there seemed to be no visible means of attachment to the fuselage. They were no more than about 8 feet apart and parallel to one another. The nearest thing they resembled to me were those large rings placed under old aircraft for mine detonation but this was a completely different arrangement.

The overall sense of all the visions was one of great distress for America that no doubt ties into the Judgment of Yahweh that is starting. I cannot tell how many years into the future this was but I don't think it was very long. There was much chaos and oppression, especially in the cities, no doubt a reason Yahweh has been directing me to urgently tell Americans to get out of them and relocate to the countryside well away from these places of future lawlessness and anarchy. Indeed I only read in the news this morning that some cities like Chicago are openly announcing in advance their intention to revolt against the new government of Donald Trump. I know so many of my American friends have got their hopes up over the change in imminent administration in the secular new year but I have to soberly say, again, to be realistic and not to relax your prepping or vigilence in any way.

What I share now was an intense dream rather than an open vision or set of visions. I was in South Africa, and it seemed to be Bloemfontein (a city I have never visited, nor do I know anyone well from there). I was in a quite wealthy white middle class suburban area, quite likely Afrikaaner, and was inside one of the very nice houses.

There were several families gathered there for a house fellowship. These people were all messianic, though what kind I cannot tell, but what was odd was that they were all using the latest (second) English edition of the New World Translation produced by the Jehovah's Witnesses in the simulated light grey binding, identical to one I obtain a few weeks ago here in Sweden.

There were all talking eagerly and showing me things inside this Bible along with other materials containing well organised and colourful materials (pictures and charts) typical in appearance to that produced by the Watchtower organisation of the Jehovah's Witnesses. Though I asked one or two questions it was mostly them doing the talking. I got the distinct impression that they wanted to 'teach' rather than 'learn'. After a while it became evident that whilst these people possessed a breath of factual knowledge there was little or no depth or what I would call 'spirituality', reminding me of that proverb often used to describe modern Christian churches as being "a mild wide and an inch deep". It was mostly intellectual and, though outwardly friendly, very formal. To all intents and purposes, these were, spiritually-speaking, Sabbath- and Festival-observing Jehovah's Witnesses specialising in learning and transmitting theological and historical factoids and memes but not having much of a spiritual foundation that alone comes from being born again and knowing Messiah.

These stood in sharp contrast to other messianics we know in South Africa who do have a solid spiritual foundation, most (in the case of the Afrikaaner community) coming out of the Dutch Reformed Church (DFC). I guess this was a warning to me, and to our brethren in South Africa, to be aware and discerning of the counterfeits, for the messianic movement is no less infected by these than the traditional Christian churches. This was not a multi-racial group that I dreamed of, nor were there any poor, but were all well-to-do. There can be no class or racial barriers in the true assemblies of Yahweh.

Finally, this does not have to be an actual congregation in the city of Bloemfontein, though it might be. Bloemfontein, which in Dutch means 'fountain of flowers', is, interestingly, the judicial capital of South Africa, a clue that this dream may be pointing in the direction of legalism as the false route that Jehovah's Witnesses and others take to get salvation, as they suppose. Poetically and famously known as the 'city of roses' because of its beauty, I believe this dream is a warning not to be deceived by legalism cloaked in outer beauty, wealth and orderliness - whether to the eye or in terms of scriptural knowledge.

The passage admonishing the Ephesian qodeshim (saints) dovetails into this overall message:

"These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the ruler of Elohim's (God's) creation. I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm - neither hot nor cold - I am about to spit you out of my mouth. You say, 'I am rich [in Bible/Torah knowledge]; I have acquired wealth (knowledge) and do not need a thing.' But you do not realise that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked. I counsel you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, so you can become rich; and white clothes to wear, so you can cover your shameful nakedness; and salve to put on your eyes, so you can see" (Rev.3:14-18, NIV - comments in parentheses mine).

In the days to come the Remnant in South Africa must be alert to counterfeits fitting this Jehovah's Witness-like category of professing believers. The Remnant is not a question of 'Messianic vs. Protestant' (or anyone else) but of emet (truth) in holiness in messiah vs. lies and uncleanness.
