The Scriptures speak of 5 layers or levels of reality in the world that are a spectrum ranging from total light to total darkness, from the fullness of the presence of Elohim (God) to complete godlessness.

Beginning at the centre is the Mishkan or Temple of Yahweh with its two degrees of maturation corresponding to the presence of the Father (the Holy of Holies) and the Son (the Holy Place). True born-again (spiritually regenerated), Torah-obedient believers are distinguished in terms of their anointing, whether it be the fullness of the Sukkot (Tabernacles) anointing (Holy of Holies) or the Shavu'ot (Weeks/'Pentecost') anointing (Holy Place). The Sukkot anointing of the Father is still awaited but is imminent.

Next is the Outer Court of the Temple which together with the Temple itself constitute the Sanctuary of Yahweh. This area corresponds to born-again (spiritually regenerated) believers who are non-Torah-compliant (lawless) but have received Messiah and the Bikkurim (Firstfruits) anointing. According to Scripture, this area of the Sanctuary is prophesied to be overwhelmed and trampled down by the Gentiles for the last 3˝ years of the Great Tribulation:

"But leave out the court which is outside the temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles. And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months" (Rev.11:1-2, NKJV).

Now Jerusalem is the third layer and symbolically represents unregenerated, nominal believers, who say they are believers, calling themselves 'Christian' and 'Messianic' (or by some other designation like 'Mormon' or 'Jehovah's Witness'), but have never seen the Kingdom of Heaven because they were never born-again or regenerated (Jn.3:3). They are overwhelmed by the Gentiles just as those who occupy the court of the temple are, and it is among these that the Two Witnesses operate in the spirits of Elijah (Prophecy) and Moses (Torah, Law) and are killed for their trouble. These 'believers' murder all Yahweh's witnesses who operate in the spirit of prophecy or who are faithful adherents of New Covenant Torah, doing what unregenerated Israelites did to the former nevi'im (prophets) before them.

The fourth layer, Israel, symbolically represents the nations of the West which were formerly Christian - of whatever denominational stripe - who have forsaken the emunah (faith) of their forefathers for Marxism, liberalism and all that today characterises Western society. Like the nominal believers represented by Jerusalem, they are anti-Messiah or antichrist.

Finally, the fifth symbolically represents those nations or cultures which never owed any kind of allegiance to Messiah, dwelling in the darkness of false religion or no religion at all:

Where are we prophetically today? Where has the enemy reached on the prophetic timetable? He already occupies the outer two layers corresponding to the nations and to Israel, that is to say, the West. Christian civilization, as it was, is almost at a complete end. The government systems that run the nations have almost entirely been totally taken over by the Enemy and the current siege has as its purpose to bring the last vestiges of Christian morality and ethics to an end. The assault on culture and on individual believers is well and truly underway on multiple fronts with the enemy having as his grand design the complete destruction of every layer up to, and including the centre, represented by the Temple.

All believers of every stripe are under attack and according to Scripture both the nominal believers and the lawless born-again believers will be overrun, the latter during the last 3˝ years of Anti-Messiah/Antichrist rule and all the rest before it. Only those who are of the Temple itself are saved from this murderous attention, save those called to witness and become martyrs on the 'outside', like the Two Witnesses. We are seeing believers in Syria being brutally tortured and exterminated, a picture of what will happen generally to whose who do not fully submit to the laws of Yah's Kingdom, because wihout them they are beyond the temple sanctuary and without covering, save those who are delivered by the grace of Elohim (God) that they might hear and receive the fullness of the Besorah (Gospel). Those who refuse must expect to be trodden down by the Whore of Babylon.

The mitzvah (commandment) anciently, as today, is that we keep Yahweh's sabbaths and reverence His sanctuary. How do we do that given that there is no literal sanctuary on earth? We reverence the one in Heaven by walking in all His statutes, keeping the mitzvot (commandments) of Torah. Though doing these will not earn us a place in heaven (since salvation is a free gift given to those who trust in Messiah), the promise is that if we do we shall receive the rains of Yahweh's blessings in their season, according to our need, and we will be productive for the Kingdom and bearing fruits as trees worthy of that Kingdom. In short, we will receive protection and be fruitful while on earth and as the-already-saved, earn rewards and glory in heaven too (Rev.22:12; 1 Cor.3:14; etc.).

Though the enemy will attack the Sanctuary he will only conquer the courtyard of the Temple. Only the Temple is secure, as the apostle John was told. This ministry has always had as its primary purpose to raise the last generation that will inhabit it when all else has been overwhelmed, by guiding the rising generation through the winnowing and thrashing process that is underway. The halcayon days are over, we have been mobilised for battle and have been organised again after nearly two decades of preparing, congregations of the New Covenant Assemblies of Yahweh have been raised and the Davar (Word) is spreading again in Africa and elsewhere as we once more engage in congregation-building. Where in the scheme of things will you choose to be? There are five places, two are no more, one is under violent attack, one is coming under attack now, and only one is empowered and protected [1]. What do you now choose?
