"Are not two sparrows sold for a copper coin? And not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father's will. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Do not fear therefore; you are of more value than many sparrows" (Matt.10:29-31, NKJV).
The smallest thing never escapes Yahweh's eye, from the subatomic particle to the whole universe. He notices all, even a sparrow falling out of the sky. He is intensely interested in absolute everything we are doing and to prove it want to share an experience I had yesterday.
Though my seership gift can be active any time of the day, early in the morning is usually when Yahweh speaks to me the most. And yesterday morning was no exception. As some of you know we have gone into the dog-breeding business which has been both enjoyable and quite a challenge. With living things there are both risks and unexpected events that can take you off-guard like sudden illnesses and accidents.
When the pups have turned 8 weeks old the time for selling them and finding good homes for them had arrived. Two were spoken for and we had two to find two loving homes for. We had turned one potential buyer down because we were not satisfied that their trucking lifestyle was in the best interests of such a small breed. My wife was getting anxious about finding homes for the last two but I was sure that if this was Yahweh's project that He would ensure that matter would be taken care of too.
In the morning I had a vision of one of the pups called Trapper cheerfully trotting down the lane to his new home. He looked happy. We did not have a buyer for him so I had no idea where he was going. The second pup we felt was still too under-developped to go to an owner and we so planned to keep him longer until he was strong enough to go to a new home.
That morning a potential buyer came to see the two boys. She fell in love with Trapper but her children wanted the smaller, weaker one called Nimbus...don't children always want the smallest ones? My wife tried to gently point out that the smaller pup was not ready and probably unsuited to small children with their tendency to be a little clumsy and rough but she said that she would let the children decide. They picked Nimbus and she phoned us back to say that that was their choice. My wife's heart sank - she had a nauseous feeling about it...and I remembered my vision. For a moment it looked as though the vision might be false.
Later that night, after discussing the matter with her husband, the buyer decided that in the end Trapper was the one she felt right about and that she would be overriding her children's decision. My wife was elated and I was well satisfied that Yahweh had known all along and seen the transation through to its happy conclusion. The vision was true. Today Trapper goes to his new owner, along with two of the others, whom we shall sorely miss. But one thing we do know: Yahweh was actually in charge of this situation, interested, and very, very caring indeed. He cares about the little things. Because we desires the best for the pups, He made sure they went to loving homes. And the amazing thing is that all three buyers are related to one another and meet each other often so three of the pups will continue seeing each other!
If Yahweh has involved himself with a small animal like a dog and has ensured it goes to the right home, how much more, do you think, does He care about us and our needs and welfare? Sometimes we find it hard to believe that He has such an intimate knowledge of, and inimate interest in, every single detail of our affairs? He is a most diligent, caring, Elohim (God), and one you can absolutely trust! I hope you will remember the story of little Trapper and Nimbus and how Yahweh really loved them as He does you and I.
