Herman Rustad, born 1953, is from Østre Toten, Gjøvik, Norway, and currently resides in Beri, north-west of Gjøvik and about 100 km north of Oslo, close to his ancestral home. His background is Lutheran, Pentecostal and the Community of Christ (The Reorganized or Saints Church). He is an ordained Melchizedek Elder, served as the Pastor of the Oslo-Norway Mission and as the Third Patriarch of the Chavurat Bekorot for many years and is an experienced minister to alcoholics and drug addicts, being well known and respected in Oslo for his work with the Blåkors (Blue Cross) and in various local Christian organisations operating rehabilitation ministries. Today he serves as an Evangelist, ministers to Norwegian seekers on behalf of MLT (the mother assembly in Sweden) and acts as the representative of NCAY in the Gjøvik area. He is unmarried. Gabriel Ljungstrand, born in 1942, is from Göteborg (Gothenburg), Sweden, where he still resides. He is a knowledgeable Torah-teacher and national intercessor. Educated at Chalmers Tekniska Högskola, Göteborg, and holding a degree in Chemical Engineering, he became a chemistry teacher at a junior College but was dismissed for criticising evolution and for testifying to his pupils about Yah'shua. He studied Biblical Greek and Hebrew while completing his training to be a priest in the Lutheran State Church but did not proceed with ordination. Raised in a totally secular family, He met Yah'shua (Jesus) when he was 16 in the Lutheran Church, was involved in the charismatic revival in Sweden where he dedicated himself to Yahweh and where he acquired a deep hunger and thirst for the Davar (Word) and for prayer. Becoming disillusioned with the shallowness and materialism of the charismatics, he devoted himself to study, prayer and witness for many years, eventually finding his way to the Messianic Evangelical Movement in 2002 and becoming involved again in 2013. He is a fully baptised and confirmed member of NCAY and awaiting ordination in the ministry. He has traveled widely around the world and most recently evangelising and teaching in Nepal and India. He also holds the rank of Lieutenant in the Swedish Navy. He is the father of nine children (one now gone to be with Yah'shua) and the grandfather of nine grandchildren. Following his former wife's tragic death, he married Janine Nsengayo of Kigali, Rwanda, in 2017 and has become the step-father to several more children. See the Author's Page for further information.
