Q. What is NCCG's opinion of Texe Marrs' prophecies that Hilary Clinton will be the President of the US in 2004 and her husband, Bill, the next UN General Secretary and ruler of the world? And what do you make of Marrs' claim that the next RC Pope will be either the Jewish Cardinal Jean-Marie Lutisiger of Paris or Cardinal Francis Arinze?

A. We consider all of these distinct possibilities. Whether the Clintons achieve their ambitions is entirely in the hands of the Creator who will either permit or block such attempts according to His sovereign will. The same is true too of the next Catholic Pope. We have no revelation on any of these matters though it is our belief that Clinton is not, as some tout him to be, the end-time Antichrist. That both Clintons are Illuminati pawns is almost certain.

Of the two Cardinals, assuming there is not a third, I can see Lutsiger as being the more politically useful of the two. Whilst Arinze's election may have a galvanising effect on black people everywhere (he is himself black) and increase Catholic prestige in Africa and amongst Afro-Americans, I would think Lutisiger's Jewishness is more useful to the Vatican in their attempts to win important political concessions in the Holy Land. The Popes have always wanted to transfer the Holy See from Rome to Jerusalem and if they can play a careful balancing act with Palestinians and Jews in their attempts to mediate a settlement between Jews and Arabs, they could well achieve their aim. A Jewish Pope supporting an independent Palestinian State whilst using his influence to guarantee Israeli security would be a powerful combination. The price, of course, would be Jerusalem, which the Vatican would seek to internationalise and make a ward of the UN. This would then pave the way for the Vatican to move from Rome to Jerusalem. I could also envisage the UN HQ moving there from New York too with maybe even the Muslims being persuaded to make the city a kind of headquarters too. With the UN, Vatican, Muslims and Jews having their headquarters in Jerusalem, and the Temple Mount divided between the Catholics, Jews and Muslims, having on it a Catholic Cathedral of the dimensions and importance of St.Peter's, a restored (but counterfeit) Orthodox Rabbincal Jewish Temple, and the Muslim Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa mosque (already present), you have all the ingredients of a centre for a One World political dictatorship and religion. Imagine then the occultists streaming into the international zone - Satanists, witches, Rosicrucians, Theosophists (Lucis/Lucifer Trust), Anthroposophists Steiner), and every New Age and occult organisation imaginable... into Yahweh's own Holy City -- and you have Satan enthroned in Yahweh's earthly capital city, another dramatic blasphemy.

This is just one possible scenario, of course, but one NCCG considers plausible. On 15 September Arafat threatened to made a unilateral declaration of independence in the Palestinian Authority areas in Israel which could have catalysed a global crisis - there is bloodshed there right now (October 2000). Only careful diplomacy, with subtle manoeuvring by the Vatican, would avert a possible Third Word War. We could, by the end of this year, or early in 2001, have a Palestinian Republic alongside the Israeli Republic and a demilitarised, internationalised Jerusalem under United Nations administration, with UN troops patrolling any new Israeli-Palestinian frontier. Whether the Lord permits this is another question altogether.
