Salvation Today
Your Invitation to Be Saved
"Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man whose sin Yahweh does not count against him and in whose spirit is no deceit.
When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer. Selah Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh' -- and you forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah
"Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to You while You may be found; surely when the mighty waters rise, they will not reach him. You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
"I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you. Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you. Many are the woes of the wicked, but Yahweh's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in Him. Rejoice in Yahweh and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart!" (Ps.32:1-11, NIV).
Introduction
Shabbat shalom kol beit Yisra'el and mishpachah!
The Price Asks His Tutor About Death
Once long ago, there was a prince asked his tutor to prepare him for the life beyond.
'There's plenty of time for that when you are old,' the tutor replied.
'No!' exclaimed the prince, 'I have been to the cemetry and measured the graves, and there are many shorter that I am.'
No Man Knows What Tomorrow Will Bring
The prince was wise, for the Bible says:
"How do you know what will happen tomorrow? For your life is like the morning fog - it's here a little wihile, then it's gone" (Jas.4:14, NLT)
Tomorrow May Be Too Late
I tell you now, most soberly, tomorrow may be too late to take Elohim (God) seriously!
The Cartoon - The Young Man
A cartoon was once published in three parts. In the first scene, there was a young man seated at a desk. At his shoulder stood Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), inviting him to be saved. Politely he told the Master that he was just launching his career and had no time for anything else.
The Carttoon - The Middle-Aged Man
The second scene showed a middle-aged man. He was heavier and well dressed, and his larger desk was covered with papers and reports. Again Yah'shua (Jesus) stood at his elbow. But again the man replied with the same answer - no time, busy, tomorrow.
The Cartoon - The Old Man
The last picture showed an old and graying man at his desk. At his shoulder stood not the Saviour, but the gaunt, bony spectre of Death. Death, speaking in hollow tones, declared, 'I have come for you.' The businessman, with frightened eyes, replied, 'Go away, Death. I did not send for you.' But Death refused to be sent away, and the man was ushered into eternity without Yahweh.
Tomorrow Can Be Dangerous
Tomorrow is the fitting epitaph for many tombstones. Tomorrow sounds so innocent, but it can be life's most dangerous word. Tomorrow is the barred and bolted door that has shut many people out of Heaven.
No Salvation Guarantees Tomorrow
Yahweh has never promised us tomorrow. The Bible implores:
You Could Die Today
Those who expect to repent and turn to the Messiah (Christ) tomorrow may die today!
Dangerous Times and Getting Ready
We live in very dangerous times and things are going to get a lot worse. Everyone needs to be ready. For what?
"Each person dies only once and after that comes judgment" (Heb.9:27, NLT).
Scripture makes it very clear that the only preparation for tomorrow is the right use of today. So be ready! But how? Yahweh has already provided the way of salvation. Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), the Son of Elohim (God), died to save us from our sins and rose again from the dead to give us new chayim (life). Through emunah (faith) in Him you can be prepared for the life beyond.
Messiah's Promise
Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) promises:
"I assure you, those who listen to My message and believe in Elohim (God) who sent Me have eternal chayim (life). They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death to life" (Jn.5:24, NLT).
When to Be Ready
Be ready! But when?
"I tell you, now is the time of Elohim's (God's) favour, now is the day of salvation" (2 Cor.6:2, NIV).
Now! Tomorrow may be too late!
Eternal Life
We have the promise:
"He who believes in the Son has chayim (life) that is eternal, and he who does not obey the Son will not see chayim (life), rather the wrath of Elohim (God) will rise up against him" (Jn.3:36, AENT).
Salvation Before Torah-Obedience
Remember, that salvation or redemption come before knowing Torah and implementing its instructions. The Torah does not save you - emunah (faith, trusting) does, but Torah nevertheless teaches you how to walk in obedience as His child. The jailer asked Paul and Silas:
"'My masters (lords), what must I do, that I may have chayim (life = be saved)?' And they said to him, 'Believe on the name of our Master Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ), and you will have chayim (life = be saved), you and your house'" (Ac.16:30-32, AENT).
A Jailer's Question
The jailer was asking: 'What one thing is absolutely necessary for my salvation?' and the answer he got was: "Believe on the name of our Master Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ)" for previously Yah'shua (Jesus) had divided the world into essentially two groups of people: "He who believes in the Son has chayim (life) that is eternal, and he who does not obey the Son will not see chayim (life), rather the wrath of Elohim (God) will rise up against him" (Jn.3:36, AENT). So you have only two categories of people in this world - those who are believing and trusting in the Son and those who do not. Those who truly believe have everlasting chayim (life) accoding to the promise of Elohim (God); and those who do not believe or trust Elohim (God) shall not see chayim (life), but the wrath of Elohim (God) is upon him.
Two Groups of People in the World
Again Yah'shua (Jesus) divides the world into two groups:
"He that believes in Him is not condemned, but he that does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of Elohim (God)" (Jn.3:18, AENT).
Avoiding Condemnation
Once again the Master says that there are two groups of people: those who believe and those who do not. Those who believe have the sentence lifted. They are not condemned. And those who believe are not under the sentence of sin

Invitation to Salvation
If there is anyone hearing this message today who have not accepted Yah'shua the Messiah (Jesus Christ) as their Master (Lord) and Deliverer (Saviour), and who would like to, I would like to invite you to repeat the following prayer with me:
"Dear Father Yahweh, thank you for sending your Son Yah'shua (Jesus) to die on the cross so that you could forgive me. I want Yah'shua (Jesus) to come into my life and take away my sins and to be my Master (Lord) and Deliverer (Saviour). In Yah'shua's (Jesus') name. Amen." [1]
