This is the website dedicated to my eighth and most recent wife, Astara Delacroix, from the small town of Château Salins, France. We have no children.
The name 'Astara' finds its roots in the Persian language where it translates 'star' or 'celestial body', conveying a sense of beauty, brightness and transcendence, often evoking images of the night sky and wonders of the universe. Through its etymology, the name suggests qualities associated with light, guidance and inspiration, and is reminiscent of the use of similar terminology in the writings of the apostle John. It is a popular girl's name in Greece.
Like my second wife Isabel, Astara received a direct revelation from Yahweh that she was my wife; but unlike Isabel, she knew nothing about plural marriage at the time of receiving the revelation and unlike my seven wives before her, she was told that we were already married pre-mortality. This was also before she knew anything about eternal marriage or pre-mortal life either (equivalent to betrothal). Furthermore, raised in the strictly monogamy-only tradition of the Roman Catholicism of her mother and as a convert to equally monogamy-only Protestantism later in life, this revelation came as a complete surprise to her. And because it made no sense to her, causing her no small amount of struggle, she kept it to herself for some considerable time before sharing her testimony of it with me. Wishing this to be fully in Yahweh's will and not of the flesh, we took this heavenly disclosure very slowly and cautiously, carefully building up our relationship, something that is especially important with older people.
Astara had lived in a very close personal relationship with our Heavenly Father before our meeting. Prayer might be said to define her spirituality which she engages in for many hours a day. Unprimed by the doctrine of biblical plural marriage in any way whatsoever, her coming into this lifestyle was in many respects the ideal way being under the full control of God. I myself was not seeking for any more wives either and it was she who sought me out for counsel in theological matters, our relationship originally being purely platonic, which is how I supposed it would remain. I didn't even know what she looked like until some time into the relationship which insured our relationship's foundation was spiritual.
Always in search of deep Christian community, Astara took to plural marriage like a duck to water and in particular to our Books of Abraham revelations. These Yahweh expanded for her with profound revelations of her own, going even deeper than the original texts, that brought even more insights into the ways of heaven. Of this she wrote in 2023:
"Father [Yahweh] has shown me that we were married so very long ago that we do not have remembrance, but through the writing of Astara [1], ALL is slowly being revealed and we are remembering various aspects together."
These finally initiated the reception of the long awaited 12th Book of Abraham that more fully describes family life in the Holy City or New Jerusalem of the Millennium.
End Notes
[1] A book of her own composition. The name has no relation to the border towns of the same name in Azerbaijan and Iran or to the New Age/occultic organisation of the same name founded by Robert & Earlyne Chaney.
